Our goal is to create a group of designers with similar experience levels and career ambitions so that discussions remain relevant for everyone.

There are no pre-recorded videos or long theory sessions.
Every meeting is live, interactive and based on the challenges participants bring that week.
Sessions will be recorded for participants.
However, the biggest value comes from asking questions and receiving live feedback, so we strongly encourage attending all four sessions.
This is our founding pilot cohort.
We’re working closely with a small group of designers to refine the programme before launching future cohorts.
