Neurodiversity at work: from Surviving to Thriving
Online masterclass with Peter Yeomans, a Lead User Researcher at Wise.
Join this practical and honest session with Peter Yeomans, Lead User Researcher at Wise, as he breaks down what neurodiversity really looks like in tech — from daily challenges to untapped strengths.
✅ Lead Neurodivergent Team
Learn how to support and get the best out of neurodivergent team members—from communication styles to working rhythms—so everyone can do their best work without burning out.
🧠 Embrace Your Own Neurodiverse Identity
Learn how to work with your brain, not against it. This part is all about self-acceptance, self-awareness, and knowing your strengths and challenges.
🤝 Build a Diverseability Network at Work
See how communities can make a real difference—creating space for neurodivergent employees to feel seen, supported, and safe. Learn how to start one or support one as a leader or ally.
⚡️ ADHD in Tech
Understand how ADHD shows up in product, UX, and Agile teams—and why these environments often attract neurodivergent minds. Recognising this helps teams work better together and build more sustainable practices.
👨👩👧 Supporting Parents of Neurodivergent Kids
Being a parent to a neurodivergent child while juggling a design job is tough. Learn how workplaces can show up for parents—through flexibility, empathy, and better support systems.
